The production version of the Mini Aceman was unveiled in April 2024 at the Beijing Auto Show, as a battery electric small family car made in China and sold under the Mini brand. It came exclusively with battery electric powertrains with two options, in four trims, the Essential, Classic, Favored and JCW. The Aceman shares design elements with the Cooper J01 and Countryman, with headlights and rear lights that have three different LED graphic modes.
