From the 2022 model year onward the 1LE package for the four cylinder and V6 trims was deleted, so the track package stayed only on V8 cars. The Camaro was now in its seventh model year of the sixth generation and unchanged in basic shape. Chevrolet had added the base LS trim in 2017, and by 2022 the line ran from LS, LT and LT1 up through the SS to the ZL1 at the top. The 1LE package for the four cylinder and V6 trims was deleted, which left the track package on the V8 cars only.
