The Mach 1 went on sale for 2021 with a 480 horsepower, 420 pound-feet version of the GT's 5.0 liter Coyote V8, taking 4.3 seconds from zero to sixty and reaching 168 miles per hour. It borrowed an intake manifold, oil cooler and subframes from the Shelby GT350 and a rear diffuser and rear toe link from the GT500, and came with the GT350's six speed manual or an optional ten speed automatic. It was built at Flat Rock like the rest of the line.
