The tenth generation Honda Accord was shown to the Japanese domestic market at the 46th Tokyo Motor Show, held in October and November 2019, and Honda sold it in Japan from 21 February 2020 as an import from Thailand. It reached Malaysia on 26 February 2020, and Edmunds named it its Top Rated Sedan for 2020. In 2020 the Accord also received the minor facelift that applied to the 2021 model year. The 2.0T engine, offered on the EX-L from 2018 through 2020, was then dropped.
