A refreshed CR-V was shown by Honda on 18 September 2019, at first for North America, where for the first time a hybrid powertrain became an option, and the petrol only CR-V reached showrooms in late fall 2019. In Europe the CR-V Hybrid, previewed at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show, was on sale in early 2019. In China the Honda Breeze, a variant with different front and rear fascias produced by Guangqi Honda, was launched on 18 October 2019.
