For 2015 the Impala added 4G LTE to OnStar as an optional feature, and HD Radio was no longer offered from the 2015 model year. The previous generation continued that year as the Impala Limited, built at Oshawa along with the Equinox for rental, fleet and police customers. The tenth generation shared the extended Epsilon II front wheel drive platform with the Cadillac XTS and Buick LaCrosse, and it was again classified as full size, where the previous generation had been mid size.
