In 2014 Mitsubishi unveiled the fifth generation Triton, L200 and Strada, which went on sale in early 2015 in Asia Pacific and late 2015 in Europe and the Caribbean. The fourth generation Triton of 2014 was in its tenth and last year, built in Thailand. Cumulative sales of the first three generations exceeded 2.8 million units around the world. The Triton is a mid-size pickup truck, also known as the Mitsubishi L200, produced by Mitsubishi Motors.
