The 2014 Camaro was facelifted, with a redesigned front and rear end that was wider and lower, a functional hood vent on the SS, and optional Recaro seats for the SS and ZL1. The Camaro Z/28, shown at the 2013 New York Auto Show, appeared at tracks in spring 2014, and it won Motor Trend's 2014 Best Driver's Car award. European Camaro convertibles and coupes got a new MyLink connected radio, and the Z/28 could accelerate from 0 to 60 miles per hour in 3.95 seconds and reach a top speed of 188 miles per hour.
