The eK of 2010 was in its fifth year as the second generation, a Mitsubishi kei car with a Nissan OEM version, the Otti, built on the Minica based eK platform. It was available as the eK Wagon and eK Sport after the 2008 facelift, and its rebodied relative, the fourth generation Toppo, shared its model code, the H82. The eK name is an abbreviation for excellent keijidosha and is meant to be pronounced ee kay. The second generation eK Wagon was sold by Nissan as the Otti.
