2010 Honda CBR1000RR

Motorcycles and Powered Two- and Three-Wheelers

On September 4, 2009 the eleventh generation of the RR was announced by Honda, as a 2010 model. A flywheel of greater diameter gave more inertia, which improved torque at low rpm and made running just off idle smoother. Honda redesigned the license plate assembly so that it comes off faster when the motorcycle is prepared for track use, and the muffler cover was also redesigned for a better appearance. This page belongs to the Honda CBR1000RR (SC59), 2008 to 2011 model years; the generation page and the Honda CBR1000RR model page link to the other model years, so the changes of neighbouring years can be read in order.
