For 2009 the Limited received the 2.4 liter four cylinder engine and was priced at the same level as the 2008 Touring model, and the rear badge placements were modified. Since 2009 GEMA, the Global Engine Manufacturing Alliance, has been wholly owned by Chrysler. Production of the Volga Siber, a Sebring derived sedan, began in March 2008 at the Gorky Automobile Plant in Russia. Production ended in 2010 after 9,000 Siber examples were built.
