2005 Pontiac Grand Am

Automobiles

In 2005 Pontiac began phasing out the Grand Am lineup for the new G6 replacement, which was introduced in 2004 for the 2005 model year. In 2004 an MP3 player had been added to the up level CD player. The Grand Am's final model year closed a run of twenty years of the front wheel drive compact name since 1985, all of them built at the Lansing Car Assembly in Michigan. The nameplate was gone for 2006.
