2004 Ford Escort (Europe)

Automobiles

The Escort hatchback and estate were produced in Argentina until 2004, which is the closing date given for the Ford Escort of Europe in its lead paragraph. They had been sold beside the Focus, which replaced the nameplate in Europe, for the last years of production. Ford revived the Escort name in 2014 for a Chinese market car based on the second generation Focus, but that car is not a continuation of this European line.
