The Premacy of 2002 was in its fourth year, a first generation passenger minivan built in Japan and exported to Europe and Asia, with a choice of 1.8 liter and 2.0 liter petrol engines and 2.0 liter diesels. It was available with either front or all wheel drive and was equipped with a four speed automatic transmission. The second and third row seats could be folded and removed as on many other minivans. The Premacy was one of the least expensive seven seaters on the market when released.
