Honda saw the success of the Suzuki Wagon R and decided to bring out a modern version of its 1970s Life StepVan microvan, and brought back the Life name in 1997. The 1997 Honda Today otherwise continued the facelifted second generation with the hatchback door and the optional driver's side airbag across the range. This page belongs to the Honda Today (second generation), 1993 to 1998 model years; the generation page and the Honda Today model page link to the other model years, so the changes of neighbouring years can be read in order.
