For the 1997 model year Buick released the sixth generation Century in December 1996, nearly fifteen years after its last redesign. Joining the Regal on the W body chassis, the Century featured less powerful engines and softer suspension tuning than the Regal, a full width bench seat and a column shifter, and the Century Estate station wagon was discontinued. This page belongs to the Buick Century model on its Buick make page, and it links to the generation and the neighbouring model years so that the whole run of the model can be followed in order.
