1989 Lincoln Mark series

Automobiles

For 1989 relatively few changes were made to the Mark VII, and the 1989 model was the last year with a hood ornament. It was a rear wheel drive luxury coupe built at Wixom Assembly and sold as the Bill Blass Edition, the Designer Series and the LSC performance model, the latter with analog gauges. Lincoln had integrated the Mark series into the Lincoln brand in 1986. The Mark VII was a rear wheel drive luxury coupe on the Ford Fox platform, shared with the Thunderbird, Mercury Cougar and Lincoln Continental.
