The Honda Ascot was marketed in Japan from 1989 as a sister car to the fourth-generation Honda Accord (CB), sold through the Honda Primo dealer network, which handled kei cars and the Civic. The Ascot was the top model at Honda Primo, with its own body panels, headlight units from the Honda Inspire and, in the trunk spoiler, a high mounted LED brake light. This page belongs to the Honda Ascot (first generation), 1989 to 1992 model years; the generation page and the Honda Ascot model page link to the other model years, so the changes of neighbouring years can be read in order.
