1988 Honda City

Automobiles

In October 1988 the main engine of the Honda City was changed to a 1.3 liter SOHC inline four, type D13C, and in addition to the traditional single carburetor, Honda's PGM-FI fuel injection was also offered on the new 1.3. The base model was the 1.2 liter BE, with a single carburetor like the 1.3 liter CE and CG variants, while the sporty CR-i and CZ-i got PGM-FI fuel injection. This page belongs to the Honda City (second generation), 1986 to 1994 model years; the generation page and the Honda City model page link to the other model years, so the changes of neighbouring years can be read in order.
