The 1976 Dodge Colt continued the second generation, based on the platform of the first generation model, with single headlights, a rounder body, and the same body styles as the first generation. The Plymouth Arrow was offered from 1976 to 1980 as a rebadged version of the Mitsubishi Lancer Celeste. The Colt was manufactured by Mitsubishi Motors and marketed by Dodge as a captive import, with a four speed manual or three speed automatic transmission.
