For 1967 and 1968 the Mercury trucks used Ford interior trim only, such as the horn button, the dash cluster bezel and the radio block off plate. The Mercury M series of 1967 was a rebadged Ford F Series pickup sold in Canada. It was sold mainly in Canada and followed the Ford trucks closely, differing largely in exterior trim. The Mercury M series was a line of trucks that Ford of Canada sold through Lincoln Mercury dealers, rebadged from the Ford F Series.
