The Honda N360 was marketed from March 1967, a front engine, front wheel drive two door sedan that seats four passengers, and it complied with kei car dimensional regulations. A three door wagon, treated as a commercial vehicle in Japan and so called a Light van, the LN360, arrived in June of the first year, with a rear gate divided horizontally. In September 1967 Honda offered its first automobile for the North American market, with fifty pre production left hand drive examples exported to Los Angeles as winter test vehicles.
