The 1965 full sized Pontiacs were completely restyled with more flowing sheetmetal featuring Coke bottle profiles and fastback rooflines on two door hardtops, and wheelbases increased to 121 inches on all models. The three speed Turbo Hydramatic 400 transmission replaced the older three speed Roto Hydramatic in the Catalina as well as the four speed Super Hydramatic used in other Pontiacs. This page belongs to the Pontiac Catalina model on its Pontiac make page, and it links to the generation and the neighbouring model years so that the whole run of the model can be followed in order.
