The Ford C series tilt cab truck was sold as an M series by Lincoln Mercury and produced until 1968, and so the Mercury M series of 1960 included it alongside its pickups. The pickups were rebadged versions of the Ford F series with different exterior trim. The Mercury M series was a line of trucks that Ford of Canada sold through Lincoln Mercury dealers, rebadged from the Ford F Series. It was sold mainly in Canada and followed the Ford trucks closely, differing largely in exterior trim.
