1954 Mercury M-Series

Automobiles

Few rural communities in Canada offered both the Ford and the Lincoln Mercury dealership networks, which minimized overlap and gave greater coverage to potential truck buyers, and the Mercury M series of 1954 gave Lincoln Mercury dealers a truck to sell. It was a rebadged Ford F Series. The Mercury M series was a line of trucks that Ford of Canada sold through Lincoln Mercury dealers, rebadged from the Ford F Series. It was sold mainly in Canada and followed the Ford trucks closely, differing largely in exterior trim.
