In 1925 a hand operated windshield wiper was added to the Model TT, which since 1924 had been available with a factory produced body. The one ton truck was still based on the Model T, with a worm drive rear axle and a 125 inch wheelbase, and cost less each year. Depot hacks on its chassis, with a 20 horsepower 176 cubic inch four cylinder engine, served as taxis. The Model TT used a worm drive rear axle instead of the crown wheel and pinion of the Model T.
