DS Automobiles is a French luxury and premium car marque created in 2009. It began as a line of Citroën models, starting with the DS3 in early 2010, and became a standalone marque in 2014, later owned by PSA Group and then Stellantis. The name nods to the Citroën DS of 1955 to 1975 and is pronounced like the French word for goddess. DS cars share platforms and dealerships with other group models but carry their own badge and styling, and the brand sells through its own DS Store dealers, introduced in China in 2014 and in Europe in 2015. It announced a withdrawal from China at the end of 2023. Its current models are the DS 3, DS No. 4, DS No. 7 and DS No. 8, and it has partnered teams in the Formula E championship.
