The 2010 model year was the last Gold Wing to be produced in the United States, and motorcycle production at the Marysville, Ohio, plant was halted in 2010. No Gold Wings were produced for the 2011 model year, and production resumed in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan, using tooling transported from the American factory. This page belongs to the Honda Gold Wing (fifth generation, GL1800), 2001 to 2017 model years; the generation page and the Honda Gold Wing model page link to the other model years, so the changes of neighbouring years can be read in order.
