1983 Honda Magna

Motorcycles and Powered Two- and Three-Wheelers

Few differences set the 1983 V45 Magna apart from the 1982 model: early in the model year the headlight became a non sealed unit with a replaceable halogen bulb, the front disc brake grooves became curved and the speedometer read to 150 mph. The 1,098 cc V65 Magna, the VF1100C, also arrived in 1983 as Honda's entry in the quarter mile wars, with a tested top speed of 224 km/h. This page belongs to the Honda Magna (first generation, V45 V65 V42 and V30), 1982 to 1986 model years; the generation page and the Honda Magna model page link to the other model years, so the changes of neighbouring years can be read in order.
