The Wolseley Ten was a light car introduced in February 1939 to replace the 10/40 of 1936, based on the 1938 Morris Ten Series M but with a substantial steel chassis with cruciform bracing, a 90 inch wheelbase and a 1140 cubic centimeter XPJW engine giving 40 horsepower. Aimed at the upmarket part of the class, it had leather, pile carpets and walnut trim. 5,261 were made before production stopped in early 1941, and another 2,715 after 1945. This site gives every generation and every model year its own page, in one generation: the Ten (1939 to 1948).
