Production of the Wolseley Ten restarted in September 1945 but without the drophead version. The price had risen considerably to 474 pounds, partly because of higher taxes, against 378 pounds for the Morris. The steering column was adjustable for both angle and reach, a feature of the upmarket car. The car had been made in 1939 and until early 1941 before the war stopped production. The Wolseley cost 96 pounds more than the Morris Ten after the restart.
