Volvo Concept Estate

Automobiles

The Volvo Concept Estate was a concept car shown at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show. It was the last of three concept cars designed by Volvo head of design Thomas Ingenlath to point towards the company's future design direction, after the Concept Coupe and the Concept XC Coupe, whose basic design it shared. Like the 1800 ES of the 1970s it is a shooting brake. The car is built on Volvo's new Scalable Product Architecture, known as SPA, which provides the technical foundation for all future Volvo models and began with the second generation XC90 in May 2014.
