The Subaru Fleet-X was a concept station wagon made by Fuji Heavy Industries and introduced at the 1999 Tokyo Motor Show. It was designed to be as light as possible, substituting polycarbonate for the rear quarter windows and the tailgate window, and the concept used different colours to identify where lightweight alternative materials had been used, including the exterior door skin, the bonnet and the roof panels. The sources describe its lightweight construction and its Tokyo debut and state no production plan, so it is recorded as a one-off concept rather than a preview of a model that was sold.
