Opel 30/32 PS

The Opel 30/32 PS was an upper-class car that Adam Opel KG built from 1904 to 1905. Its four-cylinder block side-valve engine displaced 4,730 cc and produced 30 PS (22 kW) at 1400 rpm. Power reached the rear axle through a clutch, a gearbox and a propeller shaft. Its top speed was 60 km/h. The chassis frame was built from sheet-steel U-sections, with both rigid axles hung on semi-elliptical leaf springs. It was offered as a phaeton, a tonneau or a touring car. It was followed by the Opel 25/30 PS. Production ended in 1905.
