The Customline was a mid range Ford car in North America from 1952 through 1956. It sat below the Crestline and above the Mainline from 1952 to 1954, and below the Fairlane and above the Mainline from 1955. It was not carried over to the 1957 model year. Ford Australia also built the Customline from 1952 to 1959, using Australian built bodies and imported chassis kits. This site gives every generation and every model year its own page, in 2 generations: the first generation (1952 to 1954); the second generation (1955 to 1956).
