Subaru Leone Van

Automobiles

The Subaru Leone Van was a light commercial van that Subaru sold from August 1994 to March 2001, a badge engineered version of the Nissan AD van. It carried the Leone name after the passenger Leone had been replaced by the Legacy and Impreza, neither of which competed in the small van segment, and it was sold in two generations. Sales ended in March 2001, when the Sambar, which had grown larger under changes to the kei standards, began to overlap with it, and with that the Leone name ended after three decades and Subaru left the small truck market.
