Holden Shuttle

Automobiles

The Holden Shuttle was the Australian name for the first generation Isuzu Fargo, a light commercial van, which Holden released in February 1982 as the WFR series. The original Shuttle was available in short and long wheelbase guises, with low or high roofs, and with or without side cargo windows. The cargo model was accompanied in October 1982 by the limited edition LS, a highly specified nine-seat people mover of which only 250 were built for Australia, and in August 1983 Holden introduced the lower specification LT nine-seater. A later refresh reduced the line up by deleting the diesel and long wheelbase options, and from December 1987 a four speed automatic transmission was available. Holden discontinued the Shuttle in 1990 and did not replace it with another model.
