For 2020 the 4.6 liter V8 engine was dropped and the 5.7 liter V8 became standard across the range of the Tundra. It was the only engine for the final two model years of the second generation, which was introduced at the Chicago show in 2006 and had been on sale since January 2007. It was model year 14 of 15 in the Toyota Tundra (second generation, XK50), 2007 to 2021, coming after the 2019 model year and before the 2021 model year. Model year pages for the Toyota Tundra run from 2000 to 2026.
