The Mark II Blit, the wagon version of the X110, was introduced in January 2002 as a replacement for the Toyota Mark II Qualis. Minor changes were made to the Mark II in October 2002, and the Blit used straight six engines with an optional turbo. It was model year 3 of 4 in the Toyota Mark II (ninth generation, X110), 2000 to 2004, coming after the 2001 model year and before the 2003 model year. Model year pages for the Toyota Mark II run from 1968 to 2004.
