The second facelifted Avalon for the Chinese market was launched in July 2024, with a redesigned front fascia, new alloy wheels, and an interior with a 12.3 inch touchscreen and a new steering wheel. By then the car was a China only model, since the Crown had replaced it in North America. It was model year 6 of 8 in the Toyota Avalon (fifth generation, XX50), 2019 to 2026, coming after the 2023 model year and before the 2025 model year. Model year pages for the Toyota Avalon run from 1995 to 2026.
