The Bugatti Veyron is a mid engined sports car produced from 2005 to 2015, powered by an eight liter quad turbocharged sixteen cylinder engine arranged in a W configuration. It was the fastest production car in the world at its debut and its later Super Sport variant became the first production car verified to exceed four hundred kilometers per hour.
