The Pontiac T1000 was introduced in the spring of 1981 for both the United States and Canadian markets, sharing all body stampings with the Chevette, with a chrome center and black trimmed grille and headlight buckets and extra fresh air vents at the outer ends of the dashboard. This gave Canadian Pontiac dealers two versions of the T car, the Acadian and the T1000. This page belongs to the Pontiac T1000 model on its Pontiac make page, and it links to the generation and the neighbouring model years so that the whole run of the model can be followed in order.
