Mitsubishi Outlander (second generation)

Automobiles

On 17 October 2005 Mitsubishi launched the second generation model, dropping the Airtrek name in Japan in favor of the global name. It rode on the company's GS platform with engines from Mitsubishi, Volkswagen and PSA, and Citroen's C-Crosser and Peugeot's 4007 were badge engineered versions made by Mitsubishi in Japan. The North American 3.0 liter V6 was shown in New York in April 2006, Europe got it in February 2007 with a diesel, and it was facelifted for the 2008 and 2010 model years. Its model years run from 2006 to 2011.
