In September 1993 the seventh generation three and five door Minica and Minica Toppo were introduced with a longer wheelbase, and the five valve per cylinder three cylinder engines gave way to a pair of 659 cc four cylinder engines. In January 1993, shortly before the line was replaced, the Milano Limited and the Milano four wheel drive models were added to the sixth generation. The Toppo continued to use the rear bodywork of the original Minica Toppo.
