Opel Agila (Agila B, 2007 to 2014)

Automobiles

The Agila B was the second generation of the Opel Agila, officially announced on 15 May 2007 and presented at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show as a rebadged variant of the Suzuki Splash. It was 200 mm longer than its predecessor, similar in size to superminis and mini MPVs such as the Toyota Yaris and Honda Jazz, and was classified as a mini MPV. Sales began in April 2008. It offered a three-cylinder 1.0 litre and a four-cylinder 1.2 litre petrol engine and a 1.2 litre CDTi common rail diesel, in Base or Essentia and Edition or Enjoy trim. European production of the Agila and the Suzuki Splash was at the Magyar Suzuki plant in Esztergom, Hungary, and the car was replaced in March 2015 by the Opel Karl.
