The Mercury trucks of 1966 were the last to carry a gear and lightning bolt symbol on the horn button and no other Mercury nameplates on the interior, from 1961 to 1966. They were rebadged Ford F Series pickups, sold mainly in Canada. The Mercury M series was a line of trucks that Ford of Canada sold through Lincoln Mercury dealers, rebadged from the Ford F Series. It was sold mainly in Canada and followed the Ford trucks closely, differing largely in exterior trim.
