As part of its commercial truck range Lincoln Mercury also marketed the Ford C series tilt cab truck as an M series, and the Mercury M series of 1959 therefore included heavy tilt cab trucks as well as pickups. It was a Canadian truck line made up of rebadged Fords. It was sold mainly in Canada and followed the Ford trucks closely, differing largely in exterior trim. The Mercury M series was a line of trucks that Ford of Canada sold through Lincoln Mercury dealers, rebadged from the Ford F Series.
