2011 Mercury Grand Marquis

Automobiles

The last Grand Marquis, and the final Mercury branded car, was produced on 4 January 2011 at the St. Thomas Assembly Plant in Southwold, Ontario. Ford had announced the discontinuation of the Mercury brand in 2010, but a few 2011 model year Mercurys were made. The Grand Marquis had been produced by Mercury from the 1975 until 2011 model years, a run of over three decades with the Crown Victoria. It was built at the St. Thomas Assembly Plant in Southwold, Ontario, with the Crown Victoria and the Lincoln Town Car.
