2015 Mazda2

Automobiles

In 2015 the Mazda2 gained a new role in North America: instead of selling it under the Mazda name in the United States and Canada, Mazda arranged for Toyota Motor North America to sell the sedan version, so the car appeared there as a Toyota product made by Mazda between 2015 and 2020. The Mazda2 itself, with the Skyactiv engines, i-STOP and i-ELOOP, kept selling in the rest of the world, built in Japan and in Thailand.
