2011 Mazda Tribute

Automobiles

The Tribute was discontinued at the end of the 2011 model year, replaced by the Mazda CX-5 in North America in 2012, a CX-5 the article describes as in-house designed and more aggressively styled. The compact SUV had been sold alongside the Ford Escape and Mercury Mariner and developed jointly with Ford, from the Ford CD2 platform, and in Australia, where it was discontinued in 2008, it had outsold the Escape by nearly two to one.
